Hopefully you have heard the great news about GCS and PAL merging their youth programs to provide a unified year-round running experience for youth runners ages 7 to 18.  Visit this page if you want to learn more about it!

While kids complete the final few weeks of their school cross country seasons, finals plans are being made for the 2011 USATF Cross Country season which begins the last week of October and continues into mid-December.    You are invited to attend one of the following two registration times:

Sunday, October 23 4:40 to 6:30pm or

Monday, October 24 from 4:30 to 6:30pm

Volunteers will be on hand both nights to answer any questions you have about the program.

Registration Fee is $50* plus an additional fee for the team uniform and other clothing
Order forms for racing shirt, shorts, warm-ups, hat and headband will be available at registration.  Samples will be available for sizing.

*NOTE:  Fee includes USATF registration (if required) and entry in the Amherst Jamboree (practice meet on Sunday, November 6 (see Meet Schedule below).

Other Important Dates:

Saturday, November 12 and 26 - Fall Trail Series - these two races are a club fundraiser; ALL proceeds benefit the Nashua PAL Striders youth program
(Parents and runners asked to help with registration, timing, and course monitoring for one or both races if possible)
