Our club offers a variety of places/times to meet up with and train with your fellow Striders (both adult and youth). Whether you're looking for a track workout or long run, a place to run indoors or outside, or just want to hit the trails we've got a group waiting for you! And, when you've finished running we've got some great ideas on how to get the most out of your workout!
Outdoor Track
6 months worth of coached outdoor workouts (Wednesdays - April to October) at the Nashua High South track
Indoor Track
3 months worth of coached indoor workouts (Tuesdays - December to March) at the Hampshire Dome in Milford.
Group Runs
Long runs in Hollis (Saturdays - Year Round) at the tennis courts on Depot Road.
Informal runs in Nashua (Wednesdays - November to April) at the Pennichuck Middle School.
Youth Running
For Strider Youth 8 years old and above. Organized and coached by Youth Program Director - Michael Wright
