Gate City Strider Scholarship

For the fourth consecutive year, the Gate City Striders are offering two (2) $500 scholarships to high school or college students who are members of the club or whose parents are members of the club.
All entries must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2010 to be considered. So, don't delay!

Youth Girls Finish Strong at Junior Olympic XC Nationals
Congratulations to our GCS Youth Girls Cross Country Team who finished 7th in the Nation at the Junior Olympic XC Nationals in Reno, Nevada on December 12.

GCS Girls Cross Country Teams Run Strong in USATF Competition
Three GCS youth cross country teams competed in the preliminary Junior Olympic Cross Country races last month. One of them- the GCS Youth team (13 and 14-year olds) - is headed to Reno for the National Championships!
