Very Berry Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup plain low-fat yogurt

¼ cup raspberries

¼ cup blackberries

¼ cup blueberries

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder


Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
