Ingredients:
½ cup 1 milk
2 Tbsp low-fat vanilla yogurt
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
½ banana
¼ cup whole strawberries
½ cup cubed mango
2 tsp vanilla whey-protein powder (make sure the sugar content is low)
3 ice cubes
How to make it:
Toss everything into a blender and whip until smooth
Makes 2 servings / per serving: 153 calories, 1g fat (0.5g saturated fat), 31g carbs, 50mg sodium, 2g fiber, and 7g protein
