The C25K program is expertly instructed by the Strider's Staff. This nine week program will bring you from walking, to running, to completing a 5K. Coaching:  The Couch to 5K program is managed by our very own George LeCours.  George is a long time Gate City Strider, Hall of Fame runner and fantastic coach.

Goal:  Run or walk a 5K in nine weeks while meeting some other great people helping you along the way.

Goal Race:  The Hollis Fast 5K on June 8th (www.hollisfast5k.com)

When:  Wednesday Evenings 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm April 5, 2017 to May 31, 2017

Where: We meet at Fleet Feet Sports on April 5th and April 12th (first 2 weeks only), then we meet at the track located at Nashua High School South.
